Education Counsellor - Industrial Training Admissions

About the role - Full-time, on-site Education Counsellor position in Mohali, Punjab, with 5 openings. - Guide prospective students through industrial training options, eligibility, career outcomes and admissions from enquiry to enrolment. - Open to candidates with 0–4 years of experience, including freshers with excellent communication skills. Key responsibilities - Counsel students on industrial training programmes, course details, eligibility and career benefits. - Make outbound admission calls and follow up with prospective students to support enrolment. - Handle walk-in student enquiries and explain available training options. - Maintain accurate records of student enquiries, counselling sessions and admission status using MS Excel. - Collaborate with the admissions team to achieve monthly admission conversion targets. Requirements - Graduate with strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi. - MS Excel skills and comfort with admission calls and in-person student enquiries. - Experience in education counselling, admissions, telesales or student coordination preferred; freshers with excellent communication may apply. - Punjabi language skills are a plus. - Female candidates only, as specified in the hiring criteria.
