You may use the site to look for roles, to share a hiring requirement, or to learn about our services. You may not scrape our listings, copy our content for commercial use, or submit false information.
Applying through this site does not guarantee an interview, a shortlist or a job offer. Hiring decisions rest with the employer.
You confirm that the details and CV you submit are truthful and your own. Misrepresented experience, qualifications or salary may lead us to withdraw your profile.
We never charge candidates any fee, at any stage. If anyone asks you for money in our name, please report it to us immediately.
By submitting your CV, you agree that we may share the relevant professional details in it with employers hiring for roles you are being considered for.
Sharing a requirement through this site is an enquiry, not a contract. Our fees, payment terms and scope are confirmed in a separate written engagement before work begins.
Our fees are success-based — you pay only when a candidate you hired through us joins.
You agree to use candidate profiles we share only for evaluating that role, to keep them confidential, and not to pass them to other organisations.
You confirm that the roles you ask us to fill are genuine and that you will not discriminate unlawfully in the hiring process.
Listings are published on behalf of employers and may be closed, changed or withdrawn at any time. We take care to keep details accurate, but we cannot guarantee that every salary range, location or requirement remains current.
The Expertalent name, logo, website text, guides and templates belong to us. You may read and share them, but not republish or resell them without our written permission.
We aim to keep the site available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access and may take it offline for maintenance.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website, including loss of opportunity or profit.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at SAS Nagar, Punjab have jurisdiction over any dispute.
