About the role
- Full-time Executive Assistant role providing direct support to the Director through calendar management, travel coordination, office administration and basic HR support.
- Serve as the central point of contact between the Director and internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize the Director's calendar, meetings and calls across multiple time zones, particularly during international travel.
- Prepare meeting agendas, briefing notes and presentations; record minutes of meetings and follow up on action items.
- Liaise with department heads, prioritize requests and coordinate internal discussions based on urgency.
- Draft documents, memos, executive summaries and presentation decks to support decision-making.
- Oversee daily office administration and assist with HR documentation, employee onboarding and team coordination.
- Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries, accommodation and related logistics.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent practical experience
- At least 2 years of relevant experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace
- Flexibility to accommodate changing hours and international time zones
- Strong organizational, multitasking and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Discretion, confidentiality and professional integrity
- Proactive problem-solving, attention to detail and consistent follow-up
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent practical experience
Salary & deadline
Annual salary range: ₹3–6.0 LPA (₹3,00,000 – ₹5,98,000 per year). Applications close on 30 October 2026.
