About the role - Full-time Freight Broker role managing freight transportation across the United States by coordinating with shippers and carriers, negotiating rates, and ensuring timely deliveries. - Maintain strong business relationships while working night shifts in a fast-paced logistics environment. Key responsibilities - Coordinate freight shipments with shippers and carriers. - Build and manage a reliable carrier network. - Negotiate freight rates and transportation terms. - Track shipments, resolve transportation issues, and support timely deliveries. - Communicate with customers and provide shipment updates. - Ensure compliance with applicable US freight regulations. - Maintain accurate shipment documentation and reports. Requirements - At least 6 months of experience in US freight brokerage or logistics. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Familiarity with load boards, freight systems, and MS Office.
