About the role
- Full-time Tender Executive role managing tender activities, documentation and submissions for government and private sector projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare accurate bids and meet tender requirements and submission deadlines.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and monitor relevant government and private tenders through online portals and notifications.
- Analyse tender documents, terms and conditions, and eligibility criteria.
- Prepare and compile technical and commercial documents for tender submissions.
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, technical and logistics teams to gather required inputs.
- Maintain records of submitted, won and lost tenders, and update the tender tracker.
- Handle registration and renewal on Government e-Marketplace (GeM), Central Public Procurement (CPP) and state tender portals.
- Support preparation of price bids and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) with sales and management teams.
- Submit online and offline bids on time and follow up on tender results.
- Prepare and maintain management information system (MIS) reports for review.
- Assist with vendor registration, empanelment and related documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration or a relevant field
- Good understanding of e-tendering processes and government procurement portals
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and Word
- Proficiency in PDF handling
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under deadlines
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration or a relevant field
Salary & deadline
Annual salary range: ₹2.4–4 LPA (₹2,40,000 – ₹4,00,000 per year). Applications close on 20 November 2026.
